In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden, over medium-low heat. stir occasionally. 2. When onions are golden add grated garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until golden. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add water, cover and cook 10 minutes. 3. Add coconut milk/cream, season with garam masala and salt, stir, and cook until lightly thickens. Chicken Curry For Bachelors | Simple Chicken Curry For Beginners | Chicken Gravy | Chicken Curry | Bachelor Chicken Curry | Chicken Masala Powder Curry | Easy Chicken Curry | Chicken Masala Ingredients for Simple Chicken Curry: - Chicken- 1 kg - Onion, rough chopped- 4 medium - Ginger, crushed- 2 tsp - Garlic, crushed- 2 tsp - Tomatoes, roughly chopped- 3 medium - Green chillies, thick chopped- 3 nos. - Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp - Readymade Chicken Masala- 1 tbsp (store bought) - Salt- 1.5 tsp - Refined Oil- 4-5 tbsp Preparation: - Clean & wash the chicken pieces and keep it to drain. - Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies. - Peel and crush the ginger and garlic cloves. Process: - Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add the chopped onions. - Fry on high heat for 10 mins till brown in colour. - Add the crushed ginger and garlic and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Add the turmeric powder and mix & fry on medium heat for around 3 mins till tomatoes are soft. - Now add the chicken pieces and fry on high heat for 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are browned. - Add the readymade chicken masala, red Chilli powder and salt, mix and bhunno on high heat for 5 mins. Village Style Spicy Chicken Curry | Masala Chicken Gravy Recipe | Spicy Chicken Curry Village Style | Spicy Chicken Recipe | Spicy Chicken Gravy | Spicy Masala Chicken Recipe | Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Curry: - Chicken, curry cut pieces with bones- 1 kg For Marination: - Salt- 2 tsp - Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder- 4 tsp - Ginger garlic paste- 4 tsp For Masala Paste: - Sesame seeds- 4 tsp - Cumin seeds- 2 tsp - Coriander seeds- 2 tsp - Kashmiri chillies- 12 - Whole black peppercorns- 12 - Cinnamon- 1/2 inch pieces, 2 - Cloves- 6 - Fresh grated coconut- 4 tbsp Other Ingredients: - Bay leaves- 4-5 - Green chillies- 5-6 - Roughly chopped onion- 4 small (200 gms) - Oil- 6 tbsp - Chopped coriander leaves-4 tbsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken with items indicated above. Mix well and set aside for 1 hour. - Dry roast all the items for the spice paste other than the fresh grated coconut in a pan. Roast on low heat for 2 mins, remove and allow it to cool. Transfer this to a blender along with fresh grated coconut. Dry grind it first, then add 1/2 cup of water and blend it to a paste. - Roughly chop the onions and cut & slit the chillies. Process: - Heat oil in a pan/kadai and add the slit green chillies and bay leaves. Give a stir and then add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for 5 mins till the onions are translucent. - Now add the spice paste and mix well. Fry on medium heat for 2 mins, add 1/4 tsp or a pinch of salt, and then fry on low heat for another 5 mins. - Add the marinated chicken and mix it well. Fry it on medium heat for 3 mins. Keep it aside for further use. For Marinating Chicken ● In a motarpestel, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt, oil and make a smooth paste out of it. ● In a bowl, add chicken and prepared ginger garlic paste marinated well. Keep it for 10-15 minutes. For Tempering ● Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot, add cumin seeds, black cardamom and saute well. ● Add onion and saute for 5 minutes until translucent. ● Add turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute for 2-4 minutes. ● Add marinated chicken and mix everything well. ● Add tomato puree, water as required and cook for atls 15-20 minutes on medium flamme. ● Add prepared chicken masala and mix well. ● Garnish it with coriander sprig and serve hot with mirch roti. Madras Masala Chicken Curry | Chicken Madras Recipe | Madras Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe | Chicken Gravy Recipe | Madras Chicken | Masala Chicken Curry | Chicken Madras | Spice Eats Chicken Curry Ingredients for Madras Masala Chicken Curry: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Chicken - 500 gms (curry cut pieces with bones) For Marination: - Salt- 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp For the Masala Paste: - Refined Oil- 1.5 tbsp - Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp - Coriander Seeds- 2 tbsp - Fennel Seeds- 1 tsp - Whole Black Peppercorns- 1 tsp - Whole Dried Red Chillies, cut- 5-6 - Onions, thick sliced- 2 small (120 gms) - Ginger, chopped- 1” piece( 8 gms) - Garlic cloves- 6( 8 gms) - Green Cardamom- 3 - Cloves-3 - Cinnamon- 1 small - Star Anise- 1 - Red Tomatoes, sliced- 2 small (100 gms) - Salt- 1/2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Bay Leaf- 2 (cut) - Curry Leaves- 15-20 - Refined Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and set aside for 30 mins. - For the Masala paste, heat oil and add all the whole spices like cumin, coriander & fennel seeds, whole black peppercorns and lastly the whole red chillies (cut). Give a mix and fry on low heat for around 2 mins. - Now add the thick sliced onions and mix and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Now reduce heat and add the chopped ginger, garlic and whole spices (green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon & star anise). Mix and fry on low heat for 2 mins. - Lastly add the sliced tomatoes & 1/2 tsp salt. Give a mix and fry on medium heat for 3 mins till tomatoes are soft. - Remove to a plate and allow it to cool. - Now transfer this to a grinder/blender jar and first coarse grind it. - Add 1/2 cup water and blend it to a smooth paste. Process: - Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan/kadhai and add the cut bay leaves and curry leaves. - Give a stir and then add the marinated chicken pieces. - Mix and fry on high heat for 3 mins and then on medium heat for another 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are browned. - Now add the Masala paste made earlier and mix & fry on medium heat for 6-7 mins till the masala is fried well and oil separates. - Now add 200 ml water, give a mix and cover & cook on low heat for 15-20 mins till chicken is tender and oil separates. #madrasmasalachicken #chickenmadras #masalachickencurry #chickencurry #chickengravy #chickenrecipe #spiceatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken #spiceeats

Marinate with salt and crushed pepper. Mix and set aside for 30 mins. - Grate the onion and whisk the curd/yogurt. - Make a paste of the cashew nuts. To make cashew paste, add the whole cashews into a grinder/blender and coarse grind into a fine powder. Add 3 tbsp water and blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for use later. - Slice the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves for garnish. - For tomato purée/paste, use readymade tomato purée available in stores. If not available, blend 2 medium red ripe tomatoes into a paste and use that instead. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves) and crush it into a coarse powder with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and add the grated onion. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes. Add the ginger garlic paste, mix and continue to fry on low to medium heat for 2-3 mins. - Now add the marinated chicken, mix and fry on high heat for 1-2 mins till the colour changes to white and slightly browned. - Add all the spice powders other than Garam Masala Powder and Kasuri Methi, mix and fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins. - Now add the readymade tomato purée, give a mix and fry on medium to low heat for 3-4 mins till it’s cooked and oil separates. - Now add the cashew paste and whisked curd/yogurt, mix it well and cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates. - Now add 150 ml water and sliced green chillies, give a stir and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins till the chicken is cooked and oil separates. - Add the garam masala powder and crushed Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves), give a mix and simmer on low heat for 2-3 mins. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. #mughlaichickenhandi #chickenhandirecipe #chickenrecipe #bonelesschickengravy #handichicken #chickengravy #chickencurry #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken

Full written recipe Dhaba style chicken curry Prep time: 20-25 minutes Cooking time: 25-30 minutes Serves: 4-5 people Ingredients: For marination • Chicken 1 kg • Salt to taste • Haldi (turmeric powder) powder ½ tsp • Lal mirch powder (red chilli) powder 1 tbsp • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp • Dahi (curd) 3/4th cup (whisked well) For curry • Ghee 2 tbsp + oil 1 tbsp • Whole spices: 1. Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp 2. Dalchini (cinnamon) 1 inch 3. Laung (cloves) 3-4 nos. 4. Hari elaichi (green cardamom) 3-4 pods 5. Badi elaichi (black cardamom) 1 no. 6. Tej patta (bay leaf) 1 no. • Onions 5 medium size / 400 gm (chopped) • Ginger garlic & green chillies ½ cup (roughly chopped) • Powdered spices: 1. Haldi (turmeric) powder ½ tsp 2. Teekhi lal mirch (spicy red chilli) powder 2 tsp 3. Kashmiri lal mirch (kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbsp 4. Dhaniya (coriander) powder 2 tbsp 5. Jeera (cumin) powder 1 tsp • Water as required • Tomatoes 4 medium size (chopped) • Salt to taste • Fresh garam masala 1 tsp • Kasuri methi 1 tsp • Ginger 1 inch (julienned) • Green chillies 2-3 nos. (slit) Method: • Wash & clean the chicken well and add in a mixing bowl, further add all the remaining ingredients of the marinade, mix well and keep it marinated until used for making the curry. • Now, for making the curry, set a wok or utensil as per your preference to make the chicken curry, add ghee, whole spices and onions, stir and cook until the onions are translucent. • Further add, ginger, garlic & green chillies, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. • Lower the heat & add the powdered spices, mix well and add few splashes of water to avoid the spices from burning. Increase the flame to medium heat, stir and cook until the ghee is released. • Now add tomatoes & salt to taste, stir & cook well for 8-10 minutes. • Further keep stirring & cook the masala really well until the ghee has separated & the tomatoes has mushed well with the masala. You can add some hot water if the masala gets too dry during the cooking process. • Further lower the flame and add the marinated chicken, stir continuously for 2-3 minutes to avoid the curd from curdling, make sure you do not be too harsh while stirring, as the chicken pieces may break. • Increase the flame & cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes, further lower the heat to low & cover & cook for 10 minutes. Stir in intervals. • Further cover & cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame until the chicken is cooked & tender. • After cooking for 20-25 minutes, add the garam masala, kasuri methi, ginger and green chillies, stir well, at this stage you can serve the chicken as latpata chicken masala finish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves, or else you can add hot water and make chicken curry just the way am going to do. • As am making the tari wala chicken, ill add hot water, stir and bring to a boil & let it simmer for 5-6 minutes, you can adjust the quantity of water depending on how thin or thick you want your chicken curry to be. • After simmering, check for the seasoning and adjust accordingly, finish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Your dhaba style chicken curry is ready, serve hot tandoori roti or any indian bread of your choice. Homemade garam masala Ingredients: • Sukha dhaniya (Coriander seeds) - 5 gm • Sabut kaali mirch (Black peppercorns) - 5 gm • Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 5 gm • Choti elaichi (Green cardamom) - 5 gm • Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) - 10 gm • Dal chini (Cinnamon) - 5 gm • Chakri phool (Star anise) - 5 gm • Saunf (Fennel seeds) - 3 gm • Laung (Cloves) - 5 gm • Tej patta (Bay leaves) - 5 gm • Salt a pinch Method: • Set a pan on medium heat, heat the pan until its moderately hot, add all the spices and swirl pan or stir with a spatula to avoid the burning of spices, lower the flame & roast the spices until aromatic. • Remove on a plate & cool down to room temperature, add the roasted spices in a grinding jar, add a pinch of salt as well, grind to make a fine powder. • Once grinded, use a sieve and sift the powdered masala to get even fine powder. • If the spice chunks in the sieve are too much regrind to make fine powder to avoid wastage. Punjabi Chicken Gravy Recipe | Tari Wala Chicken | Punjabi Chicken Curry | Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy Recipe | Punjabi Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Punjabi Chicken Gravy Recipe: - Chicken, curry cut with bones- 500 gms Marinate with: - Whisked curd/yogurt- 1/2 cup - Salt- 1 tsp - Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp For paste, to be fried & blended: - Cumin seeds- 1 tsp - Green cardamom- 4 - Cloves-3 - Cinnamon- 1/2 inch piece - Black cardamom-1 - Bay leaf-1 - Onion sliced-2 medium - Ginger chopped-1” piece chopped - Garlic cloves- 5 - Oil- 1.5 tbsp - Tomato purée- 1 cup or purée of 2 fresh tomatoes - Red Chilli powder- 1 tbsp - Coriander powder-2 tsp - Cumin powder-1 tsp - Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 - Kasuri Methi (Roasted and Crushed) - 1 tsp - Amchur powder (Dry Mango Powder)- 1/4 tsp - Oil- 3-4 tbsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, curd/yogurt & salt as specified. Set aside for 30 mins. - To make the paste, heat oil in a pan & add all the whole spices as specified above, sliced onions, ginger & garlic. Mix well & fry it on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the onions are soft & start changing colour. Remove and cool. Grind it into a coarse paste first, then add 3 tbsp of water & blend it into a smooth paste. - Make a purée of 2 medium sized tomatoes. Alternatively use readymade tomato purée. Process: - Heat oil in a kadai or pan & add the blended paste. - Sauté & stir on medium heat for around 4 mins till the mixture is fried & oil separates. Make sure the colour doesn’t become brown. - Now add the tomato purée and sauté for around 2 mins till oil separates. - Add the Red Chilli powder, Coriander and Cumin powder, mix well and sauté on medium to low heat for around 5 mins till oil separates. You can add a splash of water and continue sautéing if the masala tends to stick to the pan. - Now add the marinated chicken and fry & stir it on high heat for around 3 mins. - Continue to bhunno(sauté)on medium heat for another 10 mins. - Mix it well, lower heat to minimum and cover & cook for 5 mins. - Remove lid, add garam masala powder, give a stir and then add 250 ml water and 1/4 tsp salt. - Mix it well and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins. - Now add the fenugreek leaves & amchoor powder. Download our Mobile Application : 🤍 Ingredients Chicken – 1 kg Onion -3 nos Green chilli – 2 nos Tomatoes -2 nos Ginger -1 nos Garlic – 8 to 9 nos Curry leaves – 3 sprigs Grated coconut -1 cup Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp. Cardamom- 2 nos Cinnamon – 1 nos Cloves- 2 nos Pepper seed – 1 tsp Fennel seed – 1 tsp Salt – 1 o2 tsp Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp Method Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper seed and fennel seed saute them well. Add grated coconut and saute them well. Then add some redchilli powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder ,roasted them well and set aside. Grind the roasted coconut and other ingredients into fine paste and set aside. Again grind ginger and garlic into fine paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan add fennel seed ,lets crackled . Add chopped onion saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add grinded ginger garlic paste,green chilli and curry leaves saute them well. Add chopped tomatoes and salt saute them well. Cover and cook till the tomatoes become soften. Add grinded coconut masala and mix them well. Then pour some water into the masala bowl and add the water into curry pan. Add sufficient amount of water into the pan ,cover and boil them well. Add cleaned chicken pieces mix them well. Cover and cook till the chicken become soften . Remove from fire and set aside. EASY CHICKEN CURRY 2 tablespoons salted butter 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 large white onion, chopped 2 tablespoons curry powder 4 pieces bay leaves (laurel) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 pcs cinnamon sticks (optional) 2 tablespoons fish sauce 1 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes 1/2 kilo potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes 1 can mushrooms 2 teaspoons white sugar 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoons salted butter (for mounting) Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice Flat bread: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast (you may also use active dry) 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt
